Gabrielle was responsive, organized, and really tried to make herself available when I bought my first house. I had a small unpleasant experience with the practice of her former employer (Lillian Montalto Signature Properties; not reflective of how Gabrielle operates), but Gabby turned this small unpleasantness around and worked really hard to make things right with me. From my experience, I would suggest that you always talk to Gabrielle about any concerns if you work with her, because she would really try to help you and be on your side. Overall, I appreciate Gabrielle’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to make her clients happy and wish her future success in helping others to find their dream houses.

Gabrielle is sharp, responsive, knowledgeable of her market, and knows how to tap into her resources to provide a seamless experience for her client. I'm not sure of her negotiating skills because in this market the one with the most money in hand is the one who walks away with the prize. However, she did show her prowess in negotiating the 3 hour difference between our time zones, keeping everything moving smoothly in effectively 5 hour work days(this should never be underestimated!).
